IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #2021-33
Resolution to Preliminarily approve a revised Plat of Northridge Estates
WHEREAS, Northridge Estate owners have presented a revised Plat of Northridge Estates to the City of Monticello for review, same resulting in the installation of a Cul-de-sac to replace the through street to John Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission has met and reviewed the proposed revised Plat, and after due consideration has recommended to the City Council that said revised Plat be approved, subject to City Engineer’s review and recommendations, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has considered the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Board, and finds that the revised Plat of Northridge Estates should be preliminarily approved and final plat will come back to Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby preliminarily approve the revised Plat of Northridge Estates, resulting in the installation of a Cul-de-sac to replace the through street to John Drive.
