RESOLUTION # 2026-5
Approving the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-12, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello
WHEREAS, There has been filed with the City Clerk for approval of Parcel 2026-12 the proposed subdivision will create one new 2.4-acre building lot, which would be compatible with the surrounding development. The intent is to build a single-family home, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-12 and recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Council concurs that the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-12, should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-12, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello.
