RESOLUTION #2026-60
Updating the salary and residency requirements, and otherwise affirm the
Employment Agreement of Russell Farnum as City Administrator
WHEREAS, Russell Farnum has served as the City Administrator since March 1, 2021, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is overall pleased with his performance, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has agreed to amend the salary for this position to $97,700.00, with no other changes to the other benefits set forth in the Employment Agreement for this position, and the Council finds the proposed salary and benefits to be appropriate, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has agreed to extend the residency requirement for one year in accordance with the Employment Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, The Council hereby affirms the continuance of the Employment Agreement with Russell Farnum, as the City Administrator, with the changes specifically outlined herein, and the amended salary shall take effect with the 1st pay period including July 1, 2026.
