RESOLUTION #2026-61
Approving Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-24 located
at 17213 Hardscrabble Road
WHEREAS, The Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-24 for property located at 17213 Hardscrabble Road has been presented to the City Council for approval, same being located within the extraterritorial plat review jurisdiction of the City of Monticello, and
WHEREAS, the Plat was created to subdivides the portion of the parcel from the south side of Hardscrabble Road from the portion of the parcel on the north side of the road, and combines the south portion with an adjacent parcel, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey and recommends that it be approved, and
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that the Plat of Survey for Parcel 2026-24, for property located at 17213 Hardscrabble Road should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey for Parcel 2026-24.
