Approving Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-25 located
Just North of 1503 S Main Street
WHEREAS, The Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-25 for property located just north of 1503 S. Main Street has been presented to the City Council for approval, same being located within Corporate Limits of the City of Monticello, and
WHEREAS, the Plat was created to subdivides the portion of the parcel from the south end of the Stephen Property, intended to expand the lot just south of the Parcel by an additional 20 feet, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey and recommends that it be approved, and
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that the Plat of Survey for Parcel 2026-25, for property located just north of 1503 S. Main Street should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey for Parcel 2026-25.
