RESOLUTION #2026-7
Approving Change Order #1 in the decreased amount of $10,771.00,
submitted by Fahrner Asphalt Sealers LLC related to the
Monticello Airport FY25 Pavement Repair and Cracksealing Project
WHEREAS, Fahrner Asphalt Sealers LLC is contracted with the City to complete the Monticello Airport FY25 Pavement Repair and Cracksealing Project, AIP Project 3-19-0061-14-2025 and
WHEREAS, Fahrner Asphalt Sealers LLC has submitted Change Order #1 tied to the increase in full depth patching, however the overall quantities of other products was smaller, resulting in a decrease amount of $10,771.00, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reviewed the proposed Change Order #1, and recommends it be approved by the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve Change Order #1 submitted by Fahrner Asphalt Sealers LLC related to the Monticello Airport FY25 Pavement Repair and Cracksealing Project in the decrease amount of $10,771.00.
