IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 12-37
Resolution to schedule Public Hearing on Zoning Classification for
Phil First property located behind Mercy Care Monticello (Phil First clinic)
WHEREAS, Phil First has filed a re-zoning application for approximately 2.3 acres of ground located to the rear and east of his medical clinic from C-1 to R-3, and
WHEREAS, The P & Z Board has yet to review the request, but will do so prior to the City Council public hearing, and
WHEREAS, The City Council must schedule a public hearing before setting or changing zoning, which occurs by the consideration and approval of an Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby schedule a public hearing to consider the re-zoning of the First property as described herein from C-1 to R-3 for the regular City Council meeting to be held on April 16, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.
