IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #14-14
Resolution to approve continued banking by City of Monticello with
Ohnward Bank & Trust.
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello distributed an RFP to all local lenders, seeking interest in serving the City as our day-to day bank, and
WHEREAS, The City received responses to said RFP from Ohnward Bank and Trust, Citizens State Bank, and F & M Bank, and
WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the RFP responses, and finds that the City should remain with Ohnward Bank & Trust at this time. The interest rate offered by Ohnward and the services provided are the best package of the three proposals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby find that the City should continue to do business with Ohnward Bank & Trust for its’ day-to-day banking needs as laid out in the RFP and the lenders response/bid associated therewith.
