IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #14-92
Resolution to approve Amendment to Snyder and Associates 190th Street Sanitary Sewer Extension Engineering Services Agreement.
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello, Iowa is an incorporated city within Jones County, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, The City Council previously entered into an agreement to hire Snyder and Associates to design the 190th Street sewer extension, and
WHEREAS, Since entering that agreement, the City has accepted bids and awarded a contract to complete the 190th Street Sewer Extension, and it is necessary to hire Snyder and Associates to oversee the construction phase of this project, and
WHEREAS, Snyder has proposed an amendment to the previously approved Engineering Services Agreement and the Council finds that same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Amendment to Snyder and Associates 190th Street Sanitary Sewer Extension project, providing for construction observation and supervision.
