IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #15-09
Resolution Scheduling Public Hearing on Re-Zoning of property located at 212 S. Cedar Street from R-1, Single Family Residential, to C-1, Commercial
WHEREAS, A request to Re-Zone property located at 212 S. Cedar Street has been received, and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the request and recommended that the Council consider the approval of said request, and
WHEREAS, Before the Council can consider the request a Public Hearing must be held, giving the public notice and opportunity to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby schedule a public hearing for the 2nd day of March, 2015 at 6:00 p.m., at which time the Council will accept public comment, and thereafter consider the approval of said re-zoning request.
