IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 15-20
Scheduling Public Hearing on the vacation /abandonment of Willow Street, portions of Washington and Locust Streets and portions of other dedicated roadways in that area for May 04, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it appropriate to abandon those portions of Willow Street and Washington Street lying within Parcels 2015-15 and 2015-16, same being adjacent to and included within the park and disc golf course that has come to exist on property acquired by way of a FEMA supported flood buy and property gifted by local property owners, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby schedule Public Hearing on the Abandonment of those portions of Willow Street and portions Washington and Locust Streets and portions of other dedicated roadways in that area for May 04, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
