IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #18-28
Approving Final Acceptance of the 2017 Main Street HMA Project
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello and the IDOT partnered together to complete improvements to Main Street, a part of which is State Highway 38, running through Monticello, and
WHEREAS, Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete was contracted to perform the 2017 Main Street HMA project, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds, on the advice and representations of the City Engineer, that the project has been completed in substantial compliance with the project plans and specifications and that the Council should acknowledge, by this Resolution, the final acceptance of the 2017 Main Street HMA project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby acknowledge, by this Resolution, the final acceptance of the 2017 Main Street HMA project.
IN THE TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and caused the Great Seal for the City of Monticello, Iowa to be affixed. Done this 19th day of February, 2018.
