RESOLUTION #2026-114
Approving Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-52
WHEREAS, The City Council has been presented with the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-52, located within the City limits of the City of Monticello, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Brandon and Molli Hunter, owners of the parcel set forth in the above referenced Plat of Survey, had the survey prepared to subdivide off a new lot having frontage on First Street, upon which a new home could be constructed, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed that the Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed the Plat of Survey and recommended that the City Council approve same, and
WHEREAS, The City Council concurs that the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2025-52 should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-52, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello.
