RESOLUTION #2026-115
Approving the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-53,
same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City
limits of the City of Monticello
WHEREAS, There has been filed with the City Administrator for approval of Parcel 2026-53 the proposed subdivision will create sort of a trapezoidal-shaped strip of land (12.9 feet wide at the west end and about 18 feet wide at the east end) from the neighbor’s property. The intent is to increase the setback around their shed, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-53 and recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Council concurs that the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-53, should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-53, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello.
