RESOLUTION #2026-116
Approving the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-54,
same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City
limits of the City of Monticello
WHEREAS, There has been filed with the City Administrator for approval of Parcel 2026-54 the proposed plat will combine the sort of a trapezoidal-shaped strip of land (12.9 feet wide at the west end and about 18 feet wide at the east end) created with Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-53, with the Mike and Jackie Jacobs’ property, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-54 and recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Council concurs that the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-54, should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-54, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello.
