RESOLUTION #09-166
Setting Public Hearing on Bob Faust Application to Re-Zone certain lots within Willow Ridge Second Addition from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Two-Family Residential, for December 21st 2009 at 6:00 P.M. at the Mary Lovell LeVan Renaissance Center during the regular Monticello City Council Meeting.
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello, Iowa is an Iowa Municipal Corporation, and
WHEREAS, The Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed an Application to Re-Zone certain lots within the Willow Ridge 2nd Addition, filed by Bob Faust, and has forwarded their recommendation on the Re-Zoning to the City Council for Council consideration and action, and
WHEREAS, The City Council must schedule and publish notice of a Public Hearing on the topic before proceeding with any changes to existing Zoning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Monticello, Iowa does hereby direct the City Clerk to have a notice published in the Monticello Express, setting a public hearing on the Faust re-zoning request for December 21st 2009 at 6:00 P.M., same to be held at the Mary Lovell LeVan Renaissance Center during the regular Monticello City Council Meeting.
