RESOLUTION #11-106
Approving Storm Water Management Agreement between
Tom Yeoman and City of Monticello.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello previously approved the Preliminary Plat of Yeoman’s 3rd Addition with the finding that storm sewer improvements to the extension of John Drive within said street extension would not be required until such time as further development of the surrounding area were to occur, and
WHEREAS, An agreement has been prepared consistent with the Council’s direction, same having been reviewed and deemed acceptable by the property owner, Tom Yeoman, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the Agreement as proposed, and approved by Tom Yeoman, is consistent with the prior decision of the Council and should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Monticello, through its’ City Council, in session this 5th day of July 2011, does hereby approve the Storm Water Management Agreement as proposed between the City of Monticello and Tom Yeoman, and authorizes the Mayor Pro Tem to execute same and the City Clerk to see to its’ recordation with the Jones County Recorder.
