IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 11-113
Approving Porter & Porter Construction LLC Pay Request #11 Re: Monticello Emergency Response Center, in the amount of $8,687.75
WHEREAS, Porter & Porter Construction LLC contracted with the City to complete construction of the Monticello Emergency Response Center, and
WHEREAS, The above-referenced project is proceeding, and Porter & Porter Construction has submitted their eleventh pay request, and
WHEREAS, The City Architect has recommended that the Contractor be paid the eleventh installment on their contract with the City in the amount $8,687.75, and
WHEREAS, It appears that the pay request is appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve Pay Request #11 Re: Monticello Emergency Response Center project, payable to Porter & Porter Construction LLC in the amount of $8,687.75.
