IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #12-08
Approving TRICON General Construction Change Order #1related
to Airport Terminal Building project in the amount of $10,134.30.
WHEREAS, TRICON General Construction has been hired to construct the Airport Terminal Building Project, and
WHEREAS, After the approval and acceptance of Tricon’s bid and entry into a contract, it became apparent that various design changes were appropriate, said design changes increasing costs in the amount of $10,134.30 while decreasing as bid costs in the amount of $11,300, as estimated by City Engineer Carl Byers, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer, Snyder and Associates, has reviewed the proposed change order, provided a letter of explanation, and recommends that same be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Iowa hereby approve TRICON General Construction’s Change Order #1 in the amount of $10,134.30.
