IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #12-103
Resolution Approving Plat of Survey to Parcel 2012-104.
WHEREAS, A Plat of Survey setting out Parcel 2012-104, located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City of Monticello, has been presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey to Parcels 2012-104 and recommends that same be approved, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the Plat of Survey, finds that the Plat of Survey is intended to correct a past legal description or, in the alternative, to make perceived boundaries actual, legal, boundaries, and the Plat of Survey is in an area not likely to be annexed to the City of Monticello at any time in the foreseeable future, and that if said property were to be annexed the proposed parcel would not stand in the way of said annexation, and finds, therefore, that same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey to parcel 2012-104.
