IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #12-34
Approving TRICON General Construction Change Order #2 related
to Airport Terminal Building project in the amount of $46,268.60.
WHEREAS, TRICON General Construction has been hired to construct the Airport Terminal Building Project, and
WHEREAS, After the approval and acceptance of Tricon’s bid and entry into a contract, the decision was made to add a complete stone exterior to the building, resulting in certain deductions and increases, with an overall net increase, not including stone, in the amount shown by Change Order #2 of $46,268.60, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer, Snyder and Associates, has reviewed the proposed change order, provided a letter of explanation, and recommends that same be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Iowa hereby approve TRICON General Construction’s Change Order #2 in the amount of $46,268.60.
