IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 13-107
Approving Final Pay Request, #12, to TRICON General Construction in the amount of $7,635.38, representing project retainage, related to the Monticello Regional
Airport Terminal Building Project
WHEREAS, The City previously entered into a contract with TRICON as the General Contractor on the Monticello Airport Terminal Building, and
WHEREAS, Pay Request #12 discloses work performed and materials stored to date in the amount of $763,537.63, and
WHEREAS, The City has continued to hold a 1% retainage, previously determining it appropriate to pay the balance of the retainage, and the City Engineer now recommends that we release the balance of the retainage, in the amount of $7,635.38, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds, consistent with the contract entered by and between TRICON and the City of Monticello, that the final pay request should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve Pay Request #12, representing the final retainage payment, in the amount of $7,635.38, and directs the City Clerk to see to said payment.
