IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 13-45
Approving Yard Waste Agreement, renewed on the same
terms and conditions for a period of three years
WHEREAS, The City Council entered into a one year trial agreement with Jeff Monck in regard to the receipt by him of City yard waste, and
WHEREAS, Jeff Monck has agreed to renew the “trial” agreement on the same terms and conditions for a term of three (3) years, and
WHEREAS, The City yard waste will be continue to be mulched and used by Monck as part of his farming operations, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the approval of the proposed agreement is in the best interests of the City and should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the proposed Yard Waste Agreement between the City of Monticello and Jeff Monck as proposed within the agreement attached hereto.
