IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 15-77
Resolution to approve Parcel 2015-61 Plat of Survey
WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented with a Plat of Survey to Parcel 2015-61, same being a part of Lot 1 of Welter’s First Addition, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning & Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey and recommends that same be approved, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the proposed Plat of Survey is appropriate and in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2015-61, same being located within the City limits of the City of Monticello, Iowa.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and caused the Great Seal of the City of Monticello, Iowa to be affixed hereto. Done this 21st day of September, 2015.
