RESOLUTION #09-122
To approve Yogi Somerville “Yogi’s Inc.” Site Plan
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello, Iowa is an incorporated City within Jones County, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Yogi Somerville, owner of Yogi’s Inc., is in the process of constructing his new business headquarters within the Welter Addition, and
WHEREAS, a site plan has been presented to and approved by the Monticello Planning and Zoning Commission, and they have recommended that the City Council approve of same as well.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of site plan submitted by Yogi Somerville related to the new site of “Yogi’s Inc.” within Welter’s Addition to Monticello, Iowa.
